Agentic AI

Agentic AI refers to AI systems that independently plan and carry out multi-step actions toward a goal, rather than just answering a single question.

The difference from earlier automation:

  • Rule-based automation: a person sets the rule, for example pause an ad group once cost per acquisition passes a set number.
  • Agentic AI: the system watches performance, decides what to change (budget, keywords, creative), and makes the change itself, continuously.

Example: instead of a marketer checking a dashboard and manually shifting budget toward the better-performing campaign, an agentic system spots the shift and reallocates the budget on its own, the same idea behind Amanda AI’s own budget management.

The keyword is “agentic.” The system isn’t suggesting a move for a person to approve; it’s the one acting.
