As of January 1, 2026, Charlotte Berg, who has served as COO of Amanda AI for the past year, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. The current CEO and co-founder, Göran Palm, will remain actively involved in the company.
Over the past year, Charlotte Berg has held the position of COO at Amanda AI, demonstrating strong drive and execution. On January 1, she will step into the role of CEO.

Charlotte Berg joins the CEO role from Mindshare, where she held several senior positions and played a central role in the company’s development. With a strong background in digital advertising, business development, and strategic leadership, she now takes responsibility for Amanda AI’s continued expansion and growth.

The current CEO, Göran Palm, will continue to be actively involved in the company, contributing to its ongoing development with a focus on sales and marketing.
