Charlotte Berg appointed new CEO of Amanda AI

As of January 1, 2026, Charlotte Berg will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of Amanda AI. Berg has served as Chief Operating Officer at Amanda AI for the past year. Current CEO and co-founder Göran Palm will remain actively involved in the company.

Over the past year, Charlotte Berg has held the role of COO at Amanda AI, where she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, drive, and execution. On January 1, she will step into the role of CEO.

“Over the past year, Charlotte has delivered at a consistently high level and clearly demonstrated her ability to move the business forward. We look forward to following her continued journey as CEO of the company,” says Göran Pallmar, Chairman of the Board at Amanda AI and COO at Spiltan Invest.

Charlotte Berg joins from Mindshare, where she held several senior leadership roles and played a central part in the company’s development. With a strong background in digital advertising, business development, and strategic leadership, she now takes responsibility for Amanda AI’s continued expansion and growth.

Current CEO Göran Palm will continue to play an active role in the company, with a focus on sales and marketing.
