Elitfönster: A once-in-a-lifetime purchase, found more often

The average person buys windows around 1.2 times in a lifetime. In a tougher housing market, Elitfönster and WPP Media needed to make those rare opportunities count.

Background

After strong growth during the pandemic, the housing market shifted in 2023.

For Elitfönster, the category already comes with a built-in constraint. The average person buys windows around 1.2 times in a lifetime, which means there are relatively few moments when someone is actively looking.

When demand becomes harder to capture, those moments matter even more.

Challenge

Their previous setup included many campaigns and ad groups, with branded and generic keywords sitting within the same structure. That made budget allocation harder to act on.

For a product bought this rarely, there aren’t many opportunities to make up for inefficient spend later. That is where Amanda AI came in: to handle the continuous budget allocation that the setup required.

The solution

Together with WPP Media, Elitfönster separated branded and generic keywords and consolidated campaigns into a simpler structure.

That gave Amanda AI clearer conditions for continuous performance-based budget allocation, while the specialists retained the strategic direction.

The results

Following the restructuring, lead volume increased by 43% while CPA fell by 14% over the same period. CTR also increased by 16%, so the additional lead volume came alongside both lower acquisition costs and stronger click-through performance.

The combination is what makes the result notable: Elitfönster generated considerably more leads without having to accept a higher cost.
