Amanda AI appoints Rosie Kropp as new Chair of the Board

With 30 years of experience from global brands including Ericsson, Accenture, Starbucks, and Vodafone, Rosie Kropp takes over as Chair of the Board at Amanda AI. She succeeds Göran Pallmar, who steps down as Chair after nearly six years but remains on the board.

Amanda AI has appointed Rosie Kropp as its new Chair of the Board. She takes up the role with immediate effect, succeeding Göran Pallmar, who has served as Chair for six years and continues as a member of the board.

Rosie Kropp is a strategic transformation leader with extensive global experience from senior roles at Fortune 500 companies, consultancies, and scale-ups. She has held positions including Vice President Global Head of Brand Marketing at Ericsson, and CMO at Bisnode, as well as executive leadership roles at Starbucks, Accenture, Vodafone, and Landor. She brings broad board experience from publicly listed companies, fast-growing tech scale-ups, and international family-owned businesses. Rosie holds a Master’s degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and is a certified leadership coach.

“Rosie joins us at a moment where we’re investing heavily in growth outside the Nordics, and her leadership experience scaling international brands — combined with deep board experience — is exactly what we need. As the company moves into its next phase, it feels both grounded and exciting to have her on the journey,” says Charlotte Berg, CEO of Amanda AI.

Charlotte Berg also extends a warm thank you to Göran Pallmar, who represents Amanda AI’s investor Spiltan on the board.

“Göran has played an important role in Amanda AI’s journey. He has led the board for nearly six years and been a tireless source of support. The fact that we can make this transition from such a strong position is in large part down to him — and we’re glad he continues with us as a board member,” says Charlotte Berg.

For Rosie Kropp, the chair role is an obvious choice.

“I’m proud and thrilled to take on the role as Chair at Amanda AI. It’s an exciting company with significant global potential, and the team has built a genuinely unique position in the digital advertising market through innovative technology. I’m very much looking forward to working with the Amanda AI team and continuing to drive the international growth journey ahead,” says Rosie Kropp, incoming Chair of the Board at Amanda AI.
