Amanda AI is a fast-growing adtech company on a mission to make digital advertising effortless. Our platform automates the creation and optimization of campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing—saving time, improving results, and helping over 450 businesses grow smarter.
Now we’re opening the doors for an intern to join our Customer Success team. If you’re curious about digital marketing, great with people, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work with our Customer Success team to help new customers hit the ground running and feel at home in our platform. Think of it as being the friendly face of Amanda AI during a customer’s first impression—and making sure that impression is top-tier.
Your tasks will include:
- Assisting in onboarding new clients: helping with platform setup, data collection, and campaign launches
- Supporting our Customer Success Managers during client meetings and follow-ups
- Responding to questions via email and chat
- Helping identify and document common user issues or feature requests for our Product and Tech teams
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to be an ad expert yet, but we think you’ll thrive if you:
- Are currently studying or recently finished studies in marketing, business, tech, or a related field
- Have a basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or digital advertising platforms (or are eager to learn!)
- Are structured, curious, and a natural problem-solver
- Communicate clearly and professionally—in both Swedish and English
- Like working with people and making tech feel human
