Organization

Your business is the organization. You can be part of several organizations, but this is most common if you’re an agency.

Projects

Translates to a campaign. One organization can have many projects.

Quick

A type of project you can create. With this option, we let our AI make a few assumptions based on the information you enter.

Advanced

A more extensive setup, recommended for your first campaigns. Here you have more options and features to choose from.

If you’ve logged in before, start by recovering your password. If you’ve never logged in, contact your customer success manager to get an account set up for you.

Log in with your new login credentials and find all of your active Amanda AI campaigns.

To invite more colleagues to the new platform, please contact your customer success manager, and they will be happy to assist!

Find answers to some of your questions in this section, designed to provide clear and concise information about the things you’d wanna know.

The short answer is: a lot. The longer answer is that we’ve made Amanda AI into a platform where you can login and set up your own campaigns, using the same great method and features as you’re used to.

You should have an account already but you need to reset your password to be able to log in.
Head over to https://portal.amandaai.com/login and follow the steps to reset your password.

Everything is still the same, except Amanda AI got a shiny new interface. This means that all your campaigns already running with Amanda AI will be in your account.

Yes, you can! For now, you’ll need to go through your Customer Success Manager—just send them an email with the email address of the person you’d like to add.

Yes, you can! Right now, you can adjust budgets, switch budget pacing, and rename your active campaigns. More of the features you know and love will be added soon!

When logen in, there are two option to create a new “project”. Use quick start or advanced. We recommend using advanced.

You can still reach out to your customer success manager for support.
