Experienced UX Designer

In this role, you’ll help shape how users interact with our platform by designing seamless, user-friendly experiences that connect complex systems and data flows.

Amanda AI is a fully automated digital marketing platform for creating and optimizing digital ads on Google, Meta, and Bing. By eliminating the manual work of advertising, we streamline and optimize campaigns using machine learning, driving profitability for our 450+ clients. Are you our next UX Designer?

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you’ll help shape how users interact with our platform by designing seamless, user-friendly experiences that connect complex systems and data flows. You’ll take ownership of integration design projects, ensuring they’re well-scoped, efficiently managed, and successfully executed. You’ll play a key part in integrating new features and external platforms into our product ecosystem — ensuring a consistent, efficient, and delightful experience for our users. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead UX for product design and connected workflows within Amanda AI. 
  • Translate technical complexity into intuitive and cohesive user experiences. 
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure smooth integration across all touchpoints. 
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation that guide implementation. 
  • Contribute to and maintain our brand identity, ensuring visual and functional consistency. 
  • Drive design projects from start to finish — including scoping, planning, coordination, and delivery. 

To succeed in this role, we believe you have: 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, interaction design, or a related field. 
  • A degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or equivalent. 
  • Proven experience designing for complex systems or integrations. 
  • Strong project management skills — with the ability to initiate, plan, and deliver design projects independently. 
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and information architecture. 
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. 
  • Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
