Senior Account Executive

We're currently looking for a Senior Account Executive responsible for building long-term relationships with new customers in the enterprise segment, both in the Nordic region and globally.

As you may know, we’re a fully automated digital marketing service for creating and optimizing digital ads on Google, Meta, and Bing. By removing the manual work that advertising entails, we can streamline and optimize digital ads with the help of machine learning, which means increased profitability for our over 400 customers. Amanda AI was founded in 2018 and is growing enormously fast right now, with around 300 percent in 2022, and sees continued strong growth in the future year as the product continues to grow and establish ourselves in new markets worldwide.

The idea to develop an automated advertising service built on AI was born out of dissatisfaction with the available digital tools and our firm belief that digital advertising management is perfect for automation. Our product is unique because the daily analysis and optimization work occurs automatically around the clock, based on hundreds of millions of parameters. Instead, our customers can focus on working more strategically while saving time and money.

About the Role

In the role of Senior Account Executive at Amanda AI, you will play a central role in a rapidly growing company with a revolutionary offering. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with new customers in the enterprise segment, both in the Nordic region and globally. The role will also involve business development and process work for the team. You will report to Louise Andersson – Head of Sales and Business Development, New Markets. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Management: Actively seek and act on leads within the enterprise segment, initiate initial contact, and schedule meetings with new clients.
  2. Sales and Customer Meetings: Present Amanda AI and inform and educate about the latest technology. Follow up and ensure that deals are completed.
  3. Managing Multiple Dialogues and Processes: Handling multiple dialogues and processes simultaneously, all at different stages of the sales process.
  4. Handover to Customer Success: Ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team once the customer is live.
  5. Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Success to ensure a holistic and efficient customer experience.

These responsibilities involve direct interaction with C-level contacts, managing sales cycles of approximately 6 months, and focusing on business development and process work to ensure long-term success and growth. Who Are You?

To succeed in the role of Senior Account Executive, you have:

  • More than 3 years of experience in long-term complex sales.
  • A strong track record of building and developing relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of products and services in paid advertising.
  • Comfortable with giving presentations and workshops.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English.
