Your role as a Partnership Success Manager
As a Partnership Success Manager at Amanda AI, you will have a versatile role. You will have overall responsibility for existing partners and act as their primary contact at Amanda AI. Your customer base will consist of a mix of both large and small partners and agencies across the world.
This is a role built on developing strong relationships with customers and partners. Your responsibility is to ensure that our partners are always satisfied, with a focus on adoption rate, long-term profitability, and strategic decision-making together with partners and customers. Since all SEM work is automated, you will act as the link between the AI and our customers, meaning you need to be able to contextualize what the AI has done and how it impacts the results.
You will manage a variety of customers of various sizes and work on account development, work closely with all stakeholders and the nature of the role shifts between being advisory, selling, analytical and demanding to maintain the existing customer base and increase new customer sales.

We think you have…
· A degree in marketing or similar academic qualifications.
· A minimum of 3 years of client-facing, hands-on experience with managing SEM accounts.
· Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
· Strong communication skills paired with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for our clients.
· A client-centric approach and experience in presenting and pitching.
· Experience working in an agency environment or within a SaaS business is a plus.
