Partnership Manager

We're currently looking for a Partnership Manager, who will have the opportunity to drive and develop our partnerships for Amanda AI, both in the Nordics and globally.

As you may know, we’re a fully automated digital marketing service for creating and optimizing digital ads on Google, Meta, and Bing. By removing the manual work that advertising entails, we can streamline and optimize digital ads with the help of machine learning, which means increased profitability for our over 400 customers. Amanda AI was founded in 2018 and is growing enormously fast right now, with around 300 percent in 2022, and sees continued strong growth in the future year as the product continues to grow and establish ourselves in new markets worldwide.

The idea to develop an automated advertising service built on AI was born out of dissatisfaction with the available digital tools and our firm belief that digital advertising management is perfect for automation. Our product is unique because the daily analysis and optimization work occurs automatically around the clock, based on hundreds of millions of parameters. Instead, our customers can focus on working more strategically while saving time and money.

About the Role

Amanda AI currently has two commercial leads – direct customers and partners. Direct customers are companies that use the product directly through Amanda AI, and partners are companies, such as performance agencies, that, through their own business, convey Amanda AI’s product to companies they collaborate with.

In the role of Partnership Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive and develop our partnerships for Amanda AI, both in the Nordics and globally. You will have a key role where your task is to build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing partners. An important part of your role is to proactively seek and evaluate potential partnerships to identify organizations that match the criteria we seek in a partner and can create mutual value.

You will also be a key person in maintaining and optimizing our existing partnerships. This means that you continuously follow up with our partners to understand their needs and goals and actively work to develop how they work with Amanda AI, all to further drive growth and profitability.

You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders at various levels in organizations, from C-level to specialists, and an important part of the role will be to effectively communicate the value and various benefits of Amanda AI, depending on who you are talking to.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Identify potential partners and evaluate their suitability.
  • Present and pitch the product Amanda AI to potential partners.
  • Negotiate agreements and terms to ensure favorable partnerships.
  • Act as a contact person for existing partners.
  • Evaluate, develop, and optimize existing agreements to ensure profitability and growth.
  •  Understand partners’ needs and ensure they receive support in using Amanda AI.
  • Conduct workshops and training with existing and new partners.
  • Collaborate with other functions within Amanda AI, such as Customer Success, Analysis, Sales, and Product.

Who Are You?

To succeed in the role of Partnership Manager, you are/have:

  • +3 years of experience in long-term complex sales.
  • A strong track record of building and developing relationships with stakeholders at different levels in organizations.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of products and services in paid advertising.
  • Comfortable with giving presentations and workshops.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, as a significant part of the work is at an international level.
